Inquiry and Spec Definition

Every custom project begins with a clear, shared understanding of what you want to make. Share your project details so our team can prepare an accurate quote and production plan.

Submit your project details

  • Card count: the number of cards in the final deck (e.g. 54 for poker, 78 for tarot, or a custom number for card games /TCG cards).
  • Card size: the exact dimensions you need (standard poker 63×88 mm, bridge 57×87 mm, Tarot size 70x120mm,we have 100+ size available or fully custom).
  • Corner : standard round corner with different Radius, square corner available
  • Target quantity: your estimated order volume — this drives unit pricing and lead time.

Choose your material(Negotiable for material options)

  • C2S Art Paper (White Core): Consists of a single layer without a colored core. It offers excellent
  • color vibrancy but has low opacity and is prone to creasing.
  • Blue Core Paper :Features a thin blue layer sandwiched between white outer layers.
  • This provides good opacity and balanced flexibility at an affordable price.
  • Black Core Paper : Uses a solid black inner layer to completely block light transmission.
  • It is highly durable, resists warping, and has a firm snap.
  • PVC – waterproof: 100% waterproof and extremely durable, won't crease, tear, or wear out easily. Smooth, rigid, and easy to clean (simply wipe). Ideal for frequent shuffling, outdoor use. Less premium "paper" feel, heavier than paper cores.
  • Specialty: Holographic paper stock

Select special processes / finishes

  • Holographic foil stamping: shifting rainbow effects that catch the light on logos or artwork.
  • Embossed linen / textured surface: a raised, tactile matte feel across the card face.
  • Gold edge: metallic gilded card edges for a luxury collector look.
  • Additional finishes: spot UV, soft-touch coating, rounded corners, or custom tuck-box foil.

Artwork and Pre-press

Once specifications are locked, you provide the creative files and our engineers verify they are print-ready before anything goes to press.

Upload your design files

  • Card fronts: your custom face artwork for every card in the deck.
  • Card backs: the unified back design (can be one shared back or multiple variants).
  • Packaging box: the custom tuck box or rigid box artwork, including all panels.

Engineer review (pre-press checks)

  • Die lines : confirm art aligns with the exact cutting template for cards and box.
  • Bleed : verify 3 mm bleed on all sides so no white edges appear after cutting.
  • Color setup : check Pantone spot colors vs. CMYK conversion for accurate reproduction.

Proof for confirmation

  • Digital proof: Digital printing mockup to review size , material ,layout, and content, sample cost is cheaper than Physical proof, but have a color difference compared to the bulk order.
  • Physical proof: A real printed sample same as bulk order shipped for hands-on approval, but sample cost is expensive than Digital proof.
3

Production and Printing

With approved proofs, your order moves to mass production on industrial printing equipment using your selected stock and protection.

Offset printing at scale

  • Press: deliver high-volume offset printing at scale using precision Heidelberg machinery.
  • Stock: your chosen paper (e.g. German black core) or PVC plastic is loaded and run.
  • Protective varnish: a coating (matte, gloss or linen) is applied to guard against wear and scuffing.

In-house special finishes

  • Hot stamping: foil pressed onto cards or boxes with heat for metallic detail.
  • 3D embossed foil / 3D gold: raised dimensional gold foil for a premium tactile effect.
  • Gold edge: gilded edges applied in-house for collector-grade decks.
4

Die-Cutting and Assembly

Printed sheets become individual, finished cards and are then collated and packed into your custom packaging.

Precision die-cutting

  • Automatic cutting: large printed sheets are run through automatic die-cutters.
  • Smooth rounded corners: cards are cut with clean, rounded corners and a smooth edge feel.

Collation and packing

  • Sorting & sequencing: cards are gathered, ordered and counted to the correct deck composition.
  • Custom packaging: decks are placed into your custom tuck box or rigid / gift box.
  • Sealing: wrapped in shrink film or cellophane (glassine) with a tear strip for easy opening.
5

Quality Control and Shipping

Before anything leaves the factory, every batch is inspected and then prepared for delivery to your door or distribution hub.

Flow: Incoming material inspection → in-process printing/cutting check → finished-goods OQC.

Quality inspection

  • Color consistency: verify batches match the approved proof across the whole run.
  • Registration / alignment: check that foil, print and die cuts line up precisely.
  • Defect check: use professional automatic inspection machines to detect any defects in the printed cards, followed by a final manual check to ensure quality.

Packing and delivery

  • Carton packing: finished decks are boxed into master cartons for protection.
  • Global freight: shipped via sea / air to worldwide destinations.
  • Direct fulfillment: or drop-shipped straight to your customers / warehouse.
